I am a Long Island native that relocated to upstate NY after graduating college. I received my bachelors degree (Geology ‘18) and masters degree (Educational Research ‘24) from Vermont State University Castleton (formerly known as Castleton University).I currently teach science at Fair Haven Union High School and coach college lacrosse at my alma mater, both located in Vermont. Lacrosse has been a major part of my life, becoming my medicine. My career needed and I was absent from the game for a few years before being blessed with an opportunity to revisit the game through a different role…coaching. I now have the privilege to spread my love and knowledge of the game to the next generation of athletes.

I wanted the opportunity to pass my passion and knowledge of lacrosse to the next generation.

The highlight of my Mountain Men journey has been winning the Summer ‘26 East Coast Cup Championship with the ‘31s. It was a hard fought and well deserved win.

My goal is to install skills, knowledge and confidence into our young players. These qualities will enhance their play and allow them to reach their lacrosse specific goals.
