Graham Allison


BIO

A graduate of Saratoga Springs High School in 2022, he was recognized as the school’s Most Outstanding Athlete during his senior year. He continued his playing career at Limestone University, where he competed for two seasons and made two NCAA Tournament appearances, including a Final Four run.


He finished his collegiate career at Frostburg State University, starting every game at offensive midfield during his final two seasons. As a senior, he was selected to participate in the USILA Senior All-Star Game, recognizing his accomplishments and contributions on the field.


His passion for lacrosse has continued beyond his playing career through coaching and player development. He has coached with Mountain Men for nearly four years as a Head Coach, following two to three years as an assistant coach. During his time with the program, he has helped lead the team to two championships.


In June 2026, he joined Union College as a full-time assistant coach, where he leads and directs the offensive side of the ball. His coaching philosophy is centered around a genuine passion for the game and a commitment to player development. He strives to help players maximize their potential both individually and within a team setting, emphasizing skill development, lacrosse IQ, confidence, accountability, and the ability to play with purpose and intensity.

PLAYING EXPERIENCE

Graduated Saratoga Springs High School in 2022. Awarded Most outstanding athlete senior year in 2022. Played at Limestone University for 2 years and made 2 NCAA tournament appearances with one year making it to the final 4. My final 2 years i started every game at offensive midfield at frostburg state university. Awarded to play in the USILA senior all star game my senior year. 

COACHING EXPERIENCE

Have coached with Mountain Men as a Head Coach for almost 4 years now. Have been an assistant for 2-3 years before that. Have won 2 championships with mountainmen as a coach.  Currently a full time assistant at Union College and leads/directs the offensive side of the ball. Hired in June of 2026
