Jack Pemrick

My name is Jack Pemrick. I started playing lacrosse when I was 11 years old and immediately fell in love with it. I have been blessed to play in high school and at the college level. Since I have hung up the cleats, I have been able to help coach players of all ages and grow the sport. I am passionate about helping kids develop their skills and continue to grow their love for the game.

Greenwich High School Lacrosse  - graduated in 2017, 4 time sectional champ

The College of Saint Rose Men’s Lacrosse - graduated 2021, All Rookie team in 2018, over 100 career points, 2 time captain

Assistant Coach at The College of Saint Rose 2022-2023

Volunteer coach for Greenwich/Cambridge Varsity

Volunteer coach for Battenkill Bandits

Over 9 years of coaching experience

I was motivated to coach MountainMen because it allows me help grow my favorite sport in my hometown and surrounding areas.

My proudest moment is when my 2032 green team secured their first hard earned victories in their home tournament in Saratoga in 2025.

My coaching philosophy is that young players should focus on what they can control; such as, their attitude and their effort.
